Los Alamos Dental

He dropped me as I could not take the X-ray during an appointment. On that appointment he accepted my apology for not taking Xray due to I had only 30 minute for that appointment. Then he sent out a note to dismiss me. This Doctor care more about money than you! Terrible. So he does not want you to cancel your appointment even you have a good reason for it.

I had a difficult tooth issue and Dr. McDonald and his staff did an incredible job getting it taken care of. My wife switched to his practice on my recommendation, and she has been raving about the painless and quick filling she received today. I highly recommend Los Alamos Dental.

Nice office, friendly staff. Had to get a filling but they were super-fast and it was painless. Super positive experience after switching over from another dentist my family had been seeing here in Los Alamos. Jon and staff seem very competent, and my wife also agreed with my assessment. Would recommend if you feel unsure about your current dentist or are just moving into town.

Dr McDonald has been my dentist for some years now. I have a great fear of dentists but trust him. He gives great, responsible, and considerate care. The staff is efficient and friendly. About as pleasant as a visit to the dentist can be!

The staff and Dr was nice and responsive, but they did not resolve my dental issues and instead made it worse. The cleaning was not done thoroughly and my swollen/sore gum came right back after ~a month. Then I went back and they said they wouldn’t clean it again and I just had to improve my bushing/flossing. They suggested an electric toothbrush and a mouthwash which irritated my gums and made it more sensitive. I understand people with less severe issues could benefit from these, but not someone like me that already have highly sensitive gums.
