Joining Nurture by NAPS was honestly one of the best things I did during pregnancy and after my baby was born. I joined while pregnant and my husband and I attended their parenting and CPR classes. I was also part of both a pregnant moms group and a new moms group, through which I met some really great moms. We also attended a group sleep consult, which helped us nail down bedtime and naps within about two weeks. I used the message board a bunch, especially when that late night anxiety hit. Anytime I posted a question, a nurse responded within 24 hours. The advice was always practical, thoughtful, and felt judgment-free. It made such a difference in how prepared and supported I felt going into birth and navigating those early newborn months. My parents even joined the Grandparent Bootcamp!

I love this company! I watched several lectures on YouTube (for free!) in collaboration with MomCozy and found the teaching style to be relatable, clear, informative, and empathic yet not patronizing. I reached out to do a 1:1 lactation consultant and worked with Nicole. Nicole is absolutely amazing. She helped me identify that I am an oversupplier, which was causing frequent engorgement and exacerbating my baby’s reflux. She helped us come up with a plan to reduce my supply, evaluated my baby’s latch via zoom, and offered consistent support/ plans/ advice as we tried to improve feeding and ultimately improve the reflux so that my baby could sleep on her back comfortably. Over time I met with several other providers to work with the issue, and I asked Nicole for her input on all of their r

We used NAPS for overnight care for our newborn and it was a LIFESAVER. We signed up before our baby was born not knowing what kind of sleeper they would be. Turns out our baby really struggled with sleep and we needed their more help than we expected! The team was very helpful and responsive throughout the whole process, ensuring we had what we needed for wraparound services from lactation and sleep consultations to insurance reimbursement. Would highly recommend for any expectant and new parent!

I recently had an initial lactation consultation with an IBCLC. Setting up the appointment was very easy, and NAPs will bill my insurance directly, which is great. I was able to communicate via text and email, and Gabi was very responsive. The consult was very helpful. The nurse, Anne, was knowledgeable, professional, and kind. She reinforced a lot of the things I already learned in the hospital, while also teaching me a lot of new things. She was encouraging and also sent a lot of notes so that I didn’t have to write everything down. One really neat thing we did was weigh my daughter before feeding, and then weighed her directly after. It was helpful to see what my output was at that session!! I highly recommend using NAPs based on my experience. I also will set up another consult when

I can’t say enough great things about NAPS! I signed up for a new moms group with Emily and she’s fantastic - it’s such a warm, welcoming environment and she makes it feel so personal. I actually ended up signing up for the membership because they have so much great content I didn’t want to lose access after the group ends! Thank you NAPS 🤍
