They charge you $50 even though you have the flu and you dont want to come in and get them sick! Very family oriented! RESPONSE... im not a repeat offender! Ive called ahead of time when needing to cancel. Ive only been to your office maybe 3 times in past 6 years. This was the first time I had called the day of needing to cancel because my child and I had the flu. Would you like a doctors note?

Dr. Durham has impeccable skill, knowledge, and professionalism. He created a personal treatment plan and communicated clearly how we were going to execute that plan, answered all my question’s about expectations. Jami & the entire team have truly been delightfully fun to work with thus far on my journey to restore my confidence in my smile. I no longer dread the dentist. Dr Durham and his assistant Jami are exceptional. Front of the house staff are great too. I have severe dental phobia but this was the best dental experience I've had in decades. They have the most advanced dental practice in the area.

Amazing experience. I was suffering so badly and Dr. Gaffner made it all go away. The office is extremely clean. I haven't waited more than five minutes for each appointment. Staff was courteous and helpful. So grateful to everyone at Murray & Kuhn

Dr. Gaffner did my crown and REFUSED to listen to my complaints of pain on 3 different visits. My 4th visit, after more than 2 months of UNTREATED mouth pain, an xray revealed that all the bone in my jaw below the tooth was gone. A bacterial infection has eaten my bone, nerves, and blood vessels. They did not listen to my complaints of pain or concerns of infection. Now, I have more than 10k in oral surgery coming up because they didn't want to listen to their patient. They have not done anything to make this right other than offering to refund the crown (gee, thanks). Take your business elsewhere where they'll actually listen to your concerns. I was completely and utterly failed by Dr. Gaffner and his staff, and as a result I am going to suffer financially. All because a doctor couldn't l
