Mitchell Veterinary Hospital

I switched to Mitchel Veterinary Hospital from Dr Stewarts, and the change is black and white. Dr G is amazing with the animals and she truly cares. Not many vets I've seen will get down in the floor with your dog lol, she will do anything available to her to get you answers. It's always an easy visit with Dr G, my pets love her!!!

Dr. G, Lacey, and staff are the very best! I have a wonderful dog named Happy, but unfortunately, Happy isn't very happy visiting the vet. If you have an overly anxious baby, this is the place to bring them. I need to sedate Happy when we see Dr. G. The staff is so patient, and they treat Happy and I with compassion and make the visit less stressful. I love how straight forward Dr. G is with treatments, diagnoses, and a plan for a healthier fur baby. I highly recommend Mitchell Veterinary Hospital to everyone! When you become a patient, you receive text messages, emails, and reminders of visits, events, and even happy birthday messages for my animals. Mitchell Veterinary Clinic has the most amazing veterinary staff! I always feel as if my pets and I are the most important thing, during our time with them. If you want a doctor that takes time with you and your pets, then this is the place to be! The staff spends an incredible amount of time with you and then...they spend more time with you! I have never been to a doctor that emphasized the time of their visits, much less, one that did not rush thru any part of your appointment. Telephone calls to wellness exams are given the time they need to impart information, ask questions, give medical advice and treatment, place orders, etc., but most importantly, time is given freely to get to know you and your pet family. They could make the waiting experience calmer for the animals. Now I will have to pay for an additional visit due to the anxiety he had waiting to see the doctor (I also have to pay for anxiety medicine before he can come back$$$) He's never had this issue any other time or place. He loved his last Vet hospital in Gastonia. Most places make the waiting room/experience easier on the pet.

The staff was very nice and they took good care of my puppy. The room was clean and smelled fresh. Moochi is doing good now and I'm very happy for their help.
