My husband and I have needed the walk-in medical services of Mission My Care Now a few times during the last two years. We have been given professional, compassionate, and helpful medical care by the medical staff. How fortunate we feel to have an excellent and necessary medical facility here is rural Spruce Pine.
The staff are always friendly and are prompt to help. The PA i seen today was extremely nice and seemed to genuinely care. He was attentive to what I had to say and offered the best service he could to get me feeling well soon. Ive never had a bad experience at this office.
Wonderful staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Clean facility. Very efficient. Everything was super fast. I don't ever go to the doctors but if I need to in the future im going back.
Wait time was short. Nursing Staff was kind and compassionate. NP was interested in my medical problem, knowledgeable about my condition and conservative with treatment. Nice person as well....overall they made a bad situation more bearable . Thanks to all
Very efficient and friendly. The nurses are the best! Check in was easy and they were very kind. I was very thankful for everyone working.
