I would have given a 5 star but the receptionist person in the radiology department had her cell phone in her hand and totally ignored me for 2-3 minutes while she finished reading or doing whatever was on her phone. The registration person at the front was very cordial and professional. A+ all the way. The mammogram tech was awesome. She was professional , kind and very in-tune to the sensitive nature of the type of appointment which immediately put me at ease. A+!

The visit was for blood collection and analysis from the lab. Intake person was friendly, thorough, and very pleasant. The lab tech was professional and thorough as well. The actual needle stick was one of the least uncomfortable I have experienced. The overall visit was professional and personable at the same time. The dissemination of data afterwards leaves a bit to be desired. Not seamless enough between the hospital, Labcorp, the Dr. and me.

I initially went to BRRH Emergency Dept for a persistent nosebleed. While they were able to finally stop the bleeding they suggested I stay overnight for observation and in case it started bleeding again. My whole experience, from the ER to my overnight stay was excellent. The staff and doctors were courteous and efficient. The facilities were clean and comfortable and even the food was actually very good. I have nothing but good things to say about my brief stay at BRRH.

Staff were cheery, and helpful. (Gentle, calm and kind.) From reception to procedure-- real people with positive attitudes and competence. I felt very comfortable and confident i was in good hands.

Recently had to come the er after a fall while still recovering from spinal fusion of the neck. The staff was excellent from the first person to the last. That not only helped ease the pain but relief to my mind that I had not damaged the rods, plate and screws in my neck. Always been terribly afraid of hospitals and getting help, but I highly recommend BRRH. Great people, thanks. Dave
