MGH Ellison Building

I was on Ellison 19 for 4 months and was treated great by the whole staff. They were all so caring and professional that when I left I felt like I had made friends and not just helped by nurses! TY all so much, such an incredible staff!

I was there as a surgical inpatient for 3 days and it was quite comfortable professional staff. They take good care of you

Ellison 12 is the epitome of what healthcare shouldn’t be. To call yourselves nurses and mistreat patients is shameful. It doesn’t matter if somebody is black, white, catholic, atheist an addict, or not. You treat them with basic decency. To tell patients after they’ve had an accident that they have to sit in their accident, and wait until rounds are done is disgusting. You are supposed to be paid to take care of these patients, however the nurses on Ellison 12 are paid to chat at the nurses stations and giggle AT their patients pain..

I was very lucky to be treated with great respect, kindness and patience by the wonderful very professional team on the 7th floor(Ellison building). I want to thank everyone for helping me to improve my health and physical condition. Diana Shafarifi(RN), Sandy Major(RN), Carin Magee(RN), Bea(PCA), Vania(PCA), Umu(PCA). All of you have done an incredible job.God bless your kind hearts.
