This was my first massage with Mary. It was easy getting an appointment to fit my schedule. I went there with back and shoulder pain, and felt absolutely amazing when I left. She is very welcoming. The space is very quiet, comfortable and relaxing. She pays very close attention to detail! I thoroughly enjoyed this massage, probably more than any I have ever had. I cannot wait to book again. I used to live in Lowville, then moved to Carthage about a year and a half ago. I feel so very lucky that Mary is just a few minutes down the street. Mary is simply TALENTED. I've gone twice now for 60 min massages, one focused on where I carry my stress in my lower back and shoulders, and the other was full body. When your voice drops an octave and you drool in the chair, you know it's good. Her facility is a little oasis in the middle of Carthage. I literally forgot it was still daytime when I walked out of the massage room. I am telling you, if you need to de-stress, just a little bit of time to get away and relax, or something is right and/or achy, get yourself an appointment at MERsage.

I have visited MERsage on several occasions. Most recently, I was suffering from a cold that was relentless. It got to the point where I couldn't sleep because of how intense the coughing was. After going to the doctor and determining everything was fine and I just needed to wait it out, Mary Liz recommended reflexology. I attribute her to my ability to breathe again and sleep through the night without coughing. Worked like a charm!! Prior to that, I had a lower back injury that carried down through my left leg. I was referred to a chiropractor and tried several other massage therapists who (even when told my situation) glossed over my trouble areas and gave me similar cookie cutter massages and only made things worse. Mary Liz was able to work her magic and stop my muscles from spasming
