The staff was very nice. The nurse that was working with my sister was awesome, I’m sorry I can’t remember her name. Everyone there seemed to be happy. The building itself looks nice on the outside. Inside is clean, but use some updates. Paint, floors could be stripped. Also the bed my sister is in is so old and looks to be a very small single. It has no rails to keep her from falling out and it would be quite the fall. My sister seems content and said the food was good.

This place is absolutely the worst place you could ever send a loved one. As soon as you walk in it smells of urine. There are patients in wheel chairs all over the halls just sitting there, unattended. The staff bring their kids to work with them daily. Majority of the staff are very rude to each other, patients, and visitors. The building is old, unmaintained, and falling apart. Patients are left alone for long periods of time, resulting in them trying to move on their own and falling out of bed or out of the wheelchair. This place truly deserves ZERO stars, and needs to be shut down! I would NEVER send someone to this facility. I’d be ashamed to even work there.

A friend of mine was recently sent here. I havent been to see her yet but when I do I will be checking it out carefully. Her family is out of state, calls repeatedly to check on her family member but no one answer the phone. When they did her family member told her she had to use the bathroom but no one would come to help. When asked the nurses response was she has a diaper on. Do they honestly thing an adult wants to just wet her pants because a nurse is too lazy to do her job!! As I said I will be checking her surroundings out very carefully~

From the moment my family and I walked into this place it was horrid. I walked into my family members room to see his meds sitting on his table unoccupied. He hadn’t even taken them. The place is short staffed, there is a specific nurse on the rehab unit who isn’t pleasant to deal with, she was snotty from the first day. Sits behind the desk, doesn’t get up when her patients need anything. She reeked of cigarettes (very pleasant smell when you’re supposed to be a professional in a nursing home) . I asked for the DON many times and she was never anywhere to be found or we were told she would get to us later. The only good part about that place was the nursing supervisor I dealt with and the aids I had. All of the aids were very pleasant to deal with. The aids are overworked and underpaid.

One of the best nursing home facility where my uncle was so long and they really takes good care of him. The 👌
