Carthage Pediatric Clinic

We’ve had such a wonderful experience at Carthage pediatrics! The doctors and nurses are so kind, patient, and great with kids. They always take time to listen and make sure we understand everything. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful too — we always feel welcome and cared for here! Highly recommend

I recently brought my son in to the office as he needed to be seen for a pre-op medical clearance and our usual pediatrician was not in network. When my son was brought in, whoever took him back attempted an eye exam which did not happen. She then placed a pulse oximeter on his finger in the room. She had him stand up on the scale with the pulse ox still on, she removed it and placed it on the counter. It never read numbers. His temperature was not checked, blood pressure was not checked, ironically in the discharge papers, vital signs were all documented. As someone with medical knowledge who works in the medical field, I’m well aware on how vital signs work. I don’t understand how she felt comfortable entering numbers without checking anything. She very much falsely documented. Thankfull

I absolutely love Dr.Gianfagna and Brittany. They are always very helpful, usually get my kids in when needed and very knowledgeable. I’m super grateful I found this office. I appreciate the care Dr.Gianfagna always provides. I definitely recommend.

They are useless. Only see my daughter for a yearly check. She’s had a fever for three days of over 100.00 They don’t answer there phones and take forever to call back if they do.

Does any one pick up the phones? Can not get ahold of a anyone... left numerous messages no one is returning our calls
