Never have appointments, if they do they’re way far out in advance. They don’t ever give you a call back when you leave a message because of course they don’t answer their phone. I wish they would offer over the phone appointments. I am almost out of anxiety medication and they won’t Prescribe me any medication even though they have my medical history on hand.

The pediatrics office refused to accomadate me when I had no one to watch my other children (They didn't want me bringing them all in, due to the Coronavirus pandemic, which is understandable.). They wouldn't let me schedule regular wellness appointments together, so that I could bring them all in at once. Dr. Star then requested that the State Police do a wellness check on my child because I hadn't brought her into the office. I find this intrusive and a violation of my right to privacy. My children are healthy, and I have no legal requirement (only an ethical obligation) to take my children for welness checkups. I did my best to get them the medical checkups they needed, but the office was unwilling to accommodate my situation. When I called to talk to Dr. Star, she told the nurse she wo

******I’m updating my review because I’m 85% sure there’s something going on over there. Like some weirdness going on. But I have been informed by another mom that there is only one receptionist doing everything by herself which is insane because that’s essentially two different offices she’s doing stuff for and I honestly feel awful for her. I can’t imagine the stress she is going through every single day. Bless you for doing everything, and I’m so sorry I was so angry. The WORST! I called to make an appointment and they said my son wasn’t in the system. Finally she finds him and we get an appointment. Go to the appointment and waited for 5 minutes at the window before anyone acknowledged I was there. Have currently been waiting in the room for over a half hour to be seen. My son has gone here for 10 years, since he was born, and it just gets worse everytime.

Been a patient of Dr K for a year an my son sees Patel. Not only am I satisfied but cannot recommend them enough! We are in the middle of new ins company an I'm 100% Ok with them being outta network now because they are amazing! An the staff is the best! Referral and medical releases are always so easy!
