Very compassionate from front desk to the veterinarians we meet. We came thinking our dogs teeth was hurting when it was much worse, they helped give us a few days then helped with the end. Thank you so much 💓 for the extras.the paw print the chocolate blankets ect yall truly made us so comfortable

From the very first visit, being accommodated so last minute for Miss Peanut, I knew this clinic was full of the very best people. My poor sweet girl was malnourished from her previous home, and they gave me the tools to get her up to snuff! 3 weeks later, Miss Peanut is caught up to her brother, Zeus and both are happy and healthy! Having such sweet and competent Techs and Vets makes all the difference. I can't thank everyone enough for everything, I'm so glad to have found y'all!! I highly recommend bringing your fur babies to these guys, I've never felt so welcome in a veterinary clinic the way we do here. I’m so glad I found this place. They are the only emergency vet near Fort Drum that took me as a new client same day. No one else is taking new patients right now, and the other emergency vets are in Syracuse. If you have a pet that doesn’t like car rides like my kitty, it can be so much more added stress to drive an hour with them. Countryside helped my kitty with her ear infection and calmed my worries! Their prices aren’t super super expensive for a same day emergency vet in my opinion! If you need someone to get you in right away definitely go to them!

The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They take great care of our dog and I can tell that they love every pet that have!!

My husky just had female surgery. They required a deposit which goes towards the total at completion of services. I made this apt about 90 days ago. The price was not something discussed until you go for the surgery. But even that, there was a min and a max price. I recommend you get a break down before and make sure your dog has all required vaccines. The total price to us was somewhat competitive. Staff was good and provide info as much as they could.
