While the doctors in this program are generally good, MDVIP itself is a complete scam. Patients pay a membership fee - some approaching $3000 + a year with $100+ annual increases - and roughly 30% of that fee goes to the owner of MDVIP - Goldman Sachs for absolutely no value in return to patients or doctors. My doctor is constantly pushed to raise her membership fee only to benefit Goldman Sachs. Many doctors in this MDVIP network have expressed concern at this money grab by MDVIP. Doctors do all the work and Goldman Sachs/MDVIP skims off 30%. I worked out a direct payment program with my doctor lowering my fee by hundreds of dollars while receiving the exact same care. You need to do the same.
