The one star is for Kiera at the reception desk. Be very careful with her ability to twist words and violates the hippa act. Very unprofessional and then wants to get accusatory after you mention your hippa rights were violated. Also tried to state nobody was in the waiting room. As I point to the person behind me. As for the medical services, Dr. Ward is exceptionally awesome at his craft. I would give him 10 out of 10 stars.

Dr Ward... Danielle and the Entire Staff at Longwood are Superb! They genuinely care about their patients.. Provide Excellent Information and Advice every step of the way and keep you thoroughly informed! Recently had my Right Hip replaced by Dr Ward and a month later am walking.. driving and back to work with little pain and have see Great Progress that I could Never have imagined this Early On... Incredible... I highly recommend Dr Ward and Longwood for any Orthopedic Needs!

I Had a wonderful experience having a much needed hip replacement. My surgery and visits with the surgeon were completely what I expected. I was notified of exercises Before my surgery that made my recovery go much smoother than I could ever expect. I enjoyed the class virtual of course that I took prior to my surgery that was recommended. I loved the weekly emails Prepping me for my surgery. I had no questions by the end of watching all of them.. The people are fantastic. I stayed 1 night in the hospital. I am recovering well. Would highly recommend this hospital!

Close friend had both hips done w great results, I was told after XR I need a right hip replacement, called, quick appointment, easy to find, Kathy was great, Dr. Van Flandern answered all questions, reviewed MRI in plain language, all planning has been smooth for an upcoming surgery. Appropriately nervous but confident I have the Best Team! Follow up to my hip replacement. I am so happy with the results. Every detail was completed beyond my 25 year RN experience and expectation. I went home after discharge and my recovery was perfect. Most days I forget I had my hip replaced. The BEST team and place for hip and knee replacement/ treatment. Words cannot describe/convey my satisfaction and gratitude. Three year follow up: My hip feels great and my plans are for a knee consultation lat

I obtained an appointment within a week of my first call. The staff was friendly and efficient. I had arrived early and I was able to see Dr. Van Flandern shortly thereafter. He mannerism was pleasant and he put me at ease with his explanation of my upcoming hip surgery. I would highly recommend Longwood associates for any orthopedic problems. .
