The Dental Office at Chestnut Hill

Office staff were fantastic! Dr Smith is one of the most compassionate and caring providers I have experienced in a very long time. She took the time to explain my options, pros and cons of each. While repairing my tooth she reviewed the process and what she was doing which put me immediately at ease!

Walking into the Dental Office at Chestnut Hill was like finally coming home. For many years I have used a dental practice that was as much about care as it was about excellence.--and then it all changed and became about slick and money. The receptionist was lovely and Dr Smith did a wonderful job with my dental cleaning after the hygienist had an emergency and had to leave. I appreciate the extra effort to make sure my appointment wasn't impacted.

Great experience! Very pleasant! On time. Robin was very friendly, personable and seemed genuinely invested in establishing rapport. It felt like she knew patients very well. Very welcoming. Hygeinist was wonderful! I have been a patient of this practice- I understand that Dr. Shale has retired and the practice is under a new management. I miss Dr. Shale's friendliness, his stories and the relationship that he has built with our family over time. Nowadays, it feels very busy, in and out. I wish the dentist would show more interest in getting to know her patients. Efficient, quick, knowledgable, etc. But a bit cold.

Love Tonny and everyone is so friendly and kind! Dr. Smith is great!!!! No one really likes going to the dentist, but I continue to have great experiences there every time! This practice makes going to the dentist almost enjoyable💖
