Chestnut Hill Square Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery

I can't say enough GREAT things about Chestnut Hill Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery!!! My daughter and I both had our wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Paul Kalish and he was absolutely fantastic both times!!! Also the office staff (Julia, Chica, and Michelle) were so helpful with scheduling and all my questions. Also Sandy the nurse was so kind and helpful! My daughter had an unusual complication with her wisdom teeth removal, and Dr Kalish caught it right away and acted with lightning speed to make sure it didn't get worse. He was also so knowledgeable and skilled with my wisdom teeth removal of 3 teeth at 57 years old. It went so smoothly and relatively painlessly. I was shocked! I could not sing the praises of Dr. Nissenbaum & his colleagues more! I got a wisdom tooth out (something I had been putting off for 10 + yrs, due to fear) and it was so easy and simple. I barely felt the local anesthetic needle, quite impressive! I was in and out in about 10 minutes, the procedure felt like it took seconds, truly. I greatly appreciated their calm, relaxed, demeanor and expertise. I will update later with how my recovery goes.

Dr Kalish was excellent. He consulted clearly, concisely, and thoroughly. His extraction was done with great care. On another occasion, as soon as the receptionist knew that I was a patient in pain, an appointment was immediately booked, faster than a speeding rabbit. 10 star service!

Got my 4 wisdom teeth out. Dr. Nissenbaum was great! I would give this office a 5 star review if it weren’t for the extremely rude receptionist. I almost went somewhere else because of her unprofessional, vulgar, and disrespectful behavior. The other receptionists are very nice and welcoming. I would 100% recommend Dr. nissembaum’s expertise for any dental work - just be warned when you call in that you may be slightly bullied when setting up an appointment.

I’ve had to see Dr Balint for several procedures over the past 18 months due to a recurring infection in my jaw. Two separate tooth extractions plus follow-ups, consultations, and eventually the placement of two dental implants. At my initial visits I was in excruciating pain and both times the procedure went splendidly with a rapid recovery and relatively quick abatement of pain. The infection was cleared, the bone re-grew as of it was always there and the eventual placement of the implants was quick and easy. I highly recommend this doctor and this practice!
