Customer Reviews
I don’t generally leave reviews but was really put off by the treatment from the providers here. The guy at the front desk was super nice and I was seen promptly. Nurse didn’t make eye contact, which is fine, I understand it’s a long day. The provider spent around 1-2 minutes with me, and when I asked about an alternative option for medication she spoke to me like I was an idiot and refused to discuss it. I wouldn’t return to this location.
The front desk staff and the nurse were very kind, hardworking and sympathetic. We got in and out in a very short time. The PA on call was not kind, did not take a lot of time, was very abrupt and seemed annoyed by our presence. I don't think she meant to come off that way, but it would be better if she took a little time to talk to my niece, who was very sick, and offer some condolences that her extremely important life event was going to be canceled due to the flu diagnosis.
Giving one star only because the nurse is still wonderful and kind. Unfortunately, it seems the clinic changed staff and possibly ownership, and the quality has declined. Last year I came for myself and my kids a couple of times. We paid around $130 per visit and the care was compassionate and thorough. I returned last week and was very disappointed. The cost per visit is now $249, almost double. The front desk person felt cold and not welcoming, and her “What can I do for you?” sounds far from honest. Then I saw a male doctor (I don’t remember his name), he spent maybe two minutes with me before saying he didn’t see anything wrong, I tried to emphasize that I have pain and can't breath through that nostril, he just dismissed my concerns and recommended an specialist, before I could think
I came in with a bloody cut thumb. I provided insurance information from my employer which I was told by the receptionist that it couldn’t be found. The residence at Boylston place uses this company for all of their physicals and no one that I’ve sent over has ever had issue with the insurance being found. The receptionist also asked me for the zip code for the residence at Boylston place which is literally two buildings over from where he works. After waiting about 45 minutes I was seen by someone who placed glue on my severed nail and sent me off with a few bandages. Though I followed the discharge instruction my wound has continued to bleed through said glue and I had to go to another establishment that actually applied stitches to my wound which I was told by your establishment wasn’t
I came in on Friday with clear symptoms of strep throat and tested negative for it. I had white stuff on my tonsils, inflammation in my throat and a pain level of 7 WITH IB and Tylenol. I also had a fever. I was told that I couldn’t get any medication even though I was in immense discomfort and pain and couldn’t swallow. After being gaslit about my own body I waited two days because “doctors know best right”? At this point I can’t even swallow my own saliva and I can’t even sleep. I can’t even open my mouth to speak because I’m in the worst pain of my life. I go to a different urgent care because I refuse to hear that I don’t have strep. They diagnose me and apologize for the chestnut hill location. I’m in so much pain. Something that easily could have been avoided if the doctor had just
