Parkway Hearing

I would highly recommend Parkway Hearing if you are looking for a hearing specialist. Even though I did not purchase my hearing aids from this office, they were willing to accept me as a new patient. The testing that Dr. Ulrich performed was definitely more thorough than the previous exams and evaluations that I underwent when I was first screened for hearing loss and hearing aids in New York State. She was not only kind, but she explained the tests and results very well. Overall, it was a top notch experience. Thank you to Dr. Ulrich and her staff!

I had an incredible experience with Dr. Ulrich. As a physician, I appreciated her very thorough hearing testing. As a first time hearing aid user, she was very patient in letting me test different aids until I found one that I liked. The front desk staff is very responsive and pleasant. I always have a great experience with Dr. Ulrich. She exercises "Best practices" for accurate and effective fitting and tailoring of the devices’ sound profiles to your particular hearing loss profile. Most other audiologists do not. She's highly professional, and her office is equally well run. I am completely satisfied and have personally recommended her to friends and family. Even though we have moved further away from her office, I now willfully drive over two hours each way for my 6-month checkups.

Both my husband and I have been working with Dr. Ulrich for several months. We have found her to be very helpful, considerate, understanding and knowledgeable. For me, admitting I needed hearing aids was a huge step. I worked with another audiologist and another brand of hearing aid. They were much more expensive and seemed to want me to pay for every appointment and telephone conversation after the initial visit. I felt as though I was being "nickel and dimed". Dr. Ulrich was very available to answer questions even with a zoom session. She made adjustments and suggestions without us needing to go into her office. All in all she has made a difficult situation much more tolerable.

Dr. Ulrich and her staff are absolutely wonderful! The doctor has given me as much time as I’ve needed at every appointment and answered every single one of my questions and addressed any concerns I had along the way. She’s knowledgeable, kind, and her level of expertise is impressive and much appreciated. I cannot recommend Dr. Ulrich or her practice highly enough.
