I am the legal guardian of my brother who is incompetent to make any medical or psychiatric decisions: a judge in France appointed me as I have been a physician for 32 years. My 69 year old brother was transfer to MGH : iI followed the ambulance and introduced myself and was told the visiting hours were over after 5 min if getting there. The next day I emailed the legal guardianship papers to the case manager Denise Flaherty and to Sidney the International office. Denise refused to give me the ability to read the neurosurgeon' s notes about my brother. She then blackmailed me by stating : you will only get the notes if you authorize him to be going back to Emerson Hospital in Concord MA. I refused because Emerson never took care of my brother's inability to walk in April 2025: it took them

Been promised information about my son's death for months with zero results. We are heart broken. The silence doesn't help.

I looked everywhere in the medical record of my brother and the Neurosurgeon Shanker Ganesh has no notes describing his physical exam and his understanding of the MRI: never go there as it is unethical to refuse to speak to the legal guardian of an incompetent patient who has been under guardianship for 50 years

I was having difficulty getting a required test in regards to radiology. My case was given to the Patient Advocacy department at MGH. At first I was skeptical of what the department could do for my case. However I was pleasantly surprised (especially after reading the reviews on google) that the team was able to get my healthcare care team on the same page and get the required GI test quickly and efficiently. They were a big help thank you.. Sincerely Gary G

Zero stars. They don't care to call back. No call back, months . I called 3 xs.Ultra sound ripped uterus out on 20 yr old female patient. Needs training at minimum. Traumatized the patient left on own. Yawkey building . MGH not even calling back. Good luck if u need an internal ultrasound u will leave with a hysterectomy.
