Mass General Hospital: Corrigan Minehan Heart Center

1 star to Emergency room & 5 star to the Blake building for birth of my twins Callahan and Maeve, and NICU & speciality care nursery, and my postpartum recovery/ treatment

Exceptionally good staff, nurses, custodial, support, and security. Everyone was very helpful and a delight to talk with. The facility is extensive, so wear your walking shoes. Like any hospital, the food is terrible, but DoorDash deliveries are a familiar sight. Tons of restaurants and amenities nearby. Easy walking distance to Beacon Hill, Boston Commons, Public Gardens, and many wonderful streets to explore. Handy for outside patient visiting hours.

Prepare to spend at least ten hours in the emergency room waiting for test results. Nurse was very rude and had an attitude god forbid if you ask for updates everything is we don’t know !! What gives??? this hospital was one of the best

One of the worst Hospitals in America we came here for neck pain around 10:30-11:00 PM for them to do everything it took morning 7:00AM to give us everything A patient comes with problems an becomes more Sick!

They might be slow with accurate test results, but they're great at what they do. Very professional folks all around.
