Mass General Brigham Healthcare Center (Chestnut Hill)

I'm going to sound like an antiquated guy, but whatever happened to working dress code? The first reception lady that I interacted with at the 130 suite literally looked like she was going to a High-school class, hoodie pijama combo, the wiser lady that actually helped me was dressed like an actual professional, little details matter. (perhaps it was casual Friday) 🤔 Oh yeah, they have burritos now 👍

My appointment was at 11am and Radiology/Ultrasound location , I special come 15 min earlier. At 11.20am i went to receptionist for check whats going on and the front dest person told me that they behind. Its 11.45am and I still waiting to be see it. Its absolutely absurd that if you schedule appointment at specific time, maximum you need wait 10-15 min. Never will be pick up this location, extremely disappointing.

For the second visit to my daughters dermatologist we were AGAIN treatly rudely when we arrived 2 minutes late after being directed to the wrong place by the entrance desk. This is after a 1 hour drive to get here. We have now been waiting 30 minutes to see the doctor. The doctor is fine once you get in to see her.. but hoping to find someone closer to home with a friendly office.

construction finished, took 2years. Fancied up entrance which was totally unnecessary. Only thing needed was doors that open with handicapped door buttons. Project probably costs 3+ million - so medical insurance prices increase. And, again fewer spaces for patients to park themselves. Still yellow cones block off MANY self park spaces. Odd, i never see anyone park in those coned spaces. But there are ALWAYS at least TEN red shirt parking attendants standing around near the side door, and at least 5, if not 8 are doing nothing but walking around and talking to each other. Union parking? How much does this increase the cost of medical care? Why can't patients park thier own cars if the want to?

The reason I give this review is not because of the facility is because of the staff I went on 7/9/2024 to get an MRI around 10am A heavyset lady that works at the front Desk told me to step outside because I was using my phone no problem but she continues to have a personal conversation regarding her daughter living at home that’s in her late 20s very loud louder than I was on the phone. I could hear them in the hallway I believe is a oxymoron to tell me to step outside because I’m on the phone but you can have personal conversations regarding your family issues.
