Mass General Brigham for Children

I recently noticed that my review for Mass General Hospital for Children was taken down, which is incredibly frustrating. Just two months ago, there were hardly any five-star reviews and actually only 4-5 reviews total. Now, suddenly, there are tons of five-star reviews dating back years. These reviews are clearly fake, likely written by bots and paid for to improve the hospital’s image amidst a crisis. It’s disturbing to see a respected institution resort to such tactics. Genuine feedback from actual patients and their families should not be overshadowed by purchased, fabricated reviews. This undermines trust in the review system and does a disservice to those seeking honest opinions.

We've been seeing the staff at MGH pediatric orthopedics regularly for the past 6 months with our son Kevan and couldn't recommend them enough! The staff are so welcoming, friendly, professional and compassionate! They make us feel like an extended part of the family and we know without a doubt that our son is in the best hands... thank you MGH pediatric orthopedics!

They are somewhat rude when serving, you have to go ask what's next and all you see is that they sit down to talk and they say they are very busy. I had a bad experience. You have to wait a long time for them to resolve your problem. The truth is, I do not recommend it. I will look for another better place that will serve you better.

Mass General has the best staff, doctors, nurses and child life specialists. My son received the most respectful care from the medical staff. We were included in all aspects of his care before, during and after surgery and while in hospital for several days.

Dr. Kreher was amazing with my son. He made my son feel comfortable and optimistic. MGH as a whole has been great to us.
