Absolute joke! Charging an 83 year old woman $40 to transport her wheelchair with her?!?! Are you kidding me!!! Their parents obviously didn't teach them about morels or not to be greedy. Then when we complained they dropped the fee by $20 like they were doing us a favor! Bottom line is $80 to transfer 20 miles asinine. And that's after the discount.

Is there 0 star? Because this company deserves it. This company will send any excess of a customary charge to collections that the insurance will not pay. For a one mile radius they charge $800 dollars so it’s like a plane ticket. My insurance only paid $250 so they will sell it to a credit collections as unpaid. Such a shame to have #LOYOLA name attached to it. Their customer service do not exist and will not talk to you even if you call repeatedly. Our credit is ruined because of this. We paid the excess charge to them after an arbitration we just want to move on. But still we want some confirmation that payment has been accepted. So if you see this ambulance, just walk to the hospital and save yourself some grief. #LOYOLA
