I regret not sticking with my normal dentist office for this service. This visit lacked soooo much care. He was not nice. I hadn’t been here in months and had to reschedule extractions. He’s asking me what I want done etc. I’m not the expert. Dentist visits already give me anxiety. I mean there wasn’t ANY care. I receive several shots. And he proceeded to walk out for awhile and this was the most traumatic experience I’ve had as an adult- the way I was handle during the extractions was unbelievable. Upon leaving the assist at advised to “swallow your spit”. Huh?! The young ladies at the front desk were kind and pleasant if that counts for anything.

I had been going to this dentist since 2018. Recently in February of 2025 I was told I need a root canal done. The dentist was not able to perform it at their office so I got a referral elsewhere. I got the root canal done and then needed to get a crown added asap. At my July of 2025 appt i had to ask about adding a crown they claim they waited on insurance. Then they should have called to get me in and add the crown. They never did and now my root broke off

Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Had to go in for a tooth extraction. Staff and dentist not welcoming or friendly. Told them how I had a prior bad experience else where they ignored me didn’t even acknowledge or reassure me that I would be fine. Leading up to the extraction I wasn’t asked did I want to be put to sleep or awake or any instructions on how to prepare. The day of the extraction was not calming just told me to come back put a painful needle in my mouth then proceeded to walk out. Have not received any follow up instructions or calls asking how am I after surgery. They do not care about you. Just money! Look somewhere else!

Operatories were dirty, burs were all over the floor, the hygenist picked up a used bur from the floor and didn’t wash her hands after, she just put gloves on. The hygenist was chewing gum, wasn’t wearing a scrub top just an ill fitting long sleeve shirt, and a bracelet with charms hanging. The cleaning was rushed, she “finished” in 12 minutes, the hygenist only used the cavitron and didn’t scale the teeth. The prophy was done roughly. Prophy is already gritty there’s no need to push the prophy cup on the teeth with force. That leads to enamel damage. There was only a basic set up in the room, they didn’t even bother to bring scaling instruments. There wasn’t any tartar build up shown on the PANO. I have went to a lot of dentists and this office is amazing. The staff is great and the Dr was great explaining everything and very gentle. Love the dentist a lot.
