Just switched to Costco pharmacy after a 4 month nightmare with Osco. Today Deanna helped me figure out my insurance, she was so patient and kind! The pharmacy manager Jaffar was incredibly nice, informative and patient. He answered all my questions and gave me his card in case I had any future questions. Outstanding customer service!
Excellent service and attention to detail. Every staff member has provided expert service and has provided courteous customer care and attention to detail.
Not very knowledgeable pharmacy technicians. Not to mention slightly obnoxious. They told me they can’t fulfill my prescription. Apparently the drug I needed was not even available to order. It was a basic water pill!!! Went to another Costco location and got my medication. This is what happens when you have small people do big jobs.
I did not have to wait long at all. The staff were friendly. I have never been to a pharmacy where there isn’t a line. Pharmacist was pleasant.
Best service ever!!!
