At Aspen Dental the staff are so welcoming, friendly, supportive, and knowledgeable and I mean everyone in that office.Cassandra, Dr. assistant, very nice, caring and professional.The hygienist, Allie, made my day. She is so personable, outgoing, caring, and professional. She kept me laughing, she explained everything to me in detail. She is surely a people person, love her energy. And lastly, Dr. Ali knows her profession, very professional and detailed, gets you in and out. Dr. Ali is very thorough and concerned with your health care needs. I will definitely recommend this dental office. I am so happy to have found them.
I went in with a huge toothache, upon closer review of said tooth it was determined that I needed a crown for my tooth. I’ve always had bad experiences at dentist offices, hence why the long absence from one. But Dr. Ali was amazing, very careful with her examination and with myself, always making sure I was comfortable. Their staff as a whole was very professional and quickly calmed my nerves down. Their dental assistants were all very nice and up to the task. Rosy did an amazing job with my temporary crown, you couldn’t even tell the difference. From a financial standpoint Karen worked with my budget and I was able to get the help I needed. Would definitely recommend this office to friends and family. I’ve official made it my regular office to visit.

The entire team was attentive, professional, and truly treated me like a person with real circumstances—not just another appointment. They took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made sure I could afford the root canal I needed. Their compassion and professionalism made all the difference in my experience. I visited Aspen Dental for a comprehensive exam after not having dental work for several years. The staff was generally professional, but the overall experience regarding the treatment plan was extremely concerning. After the examination, I was presented with a treatment estimate where the total necessary work was $15,000. After applying my dental insurance, which covers $2,000, I was told my remaining out-of-pocket balance would be $13,000. When I questioned this very high amount, they immediately offered a Credit line without providing an actual, itemized breakdown of what the $15,000 in work was for. I took my 82yr old mother in for a teeth cleaning in July of 2025 explaining there was no insurance from the beginning. Paid out of pocket 2,400 dollars plus. Walked out with a zero balance just to have them keep sending me a bill for 74 dollars that insurance didn't pay. What insurance? There was none. The shady business practice of this location/overall company is concerning especially the treatment of a senior citizen. Very sad..... In response to your faux concern I reached out to the melrose park location 3xz and the 1-800 quite a bit as well. Just to be given the run around. I paid the 74 dollars cause I don't plan on ever using this company again. However I was at the very least writing a review.. not one of these people that I dealt with was a decent human being. Just an FYI good
