Dental Dreams

Receptionist was very nice and greeting. The doc was great! She answered all my questions. But the dentist’s assistant that was supposed to help wasn’t so great. At first, she tried to tell me that the doc wasn’t going to be able to do my teeth cleaning. The doc had to come and correct her. Then she left the doc working alone on my teeth. After my cleaning was done, I was rinsing my mouth and the assistant was in a rush to get me out of the room because she wanted the next patient to use this same room and not the available sterile room. Dental assistant was unprofessional.

My wait wasn't long. I was called to the back about 10 minutes pass my appt time. That's not too bad considering other places. I was seen by dentist Lin. He was friendly and thorough. I will schedule with him again if my dentist dont have an available time slot I need.

Great service took care of my daughter in one day. I am so happy that dental dreams was able to help us and they were great with my daughter and took their time. They were very patient and knowledgeable. I would definitely be coming back again, thank you so much dental dreams

I brought my mom here. The lady at the desk told me she ran her insurance and she is not active. I asked her why she didn't call us and inform us so I would not be wasting our time. She gave me some excuse we dont check when we make the appts. I called helpline and was told her RIN number is the same, the plan did change, and she is showing active. I gave them the phone number to call and verify and another lady helped me and figured it out. I had already had plans to moving her from this office and getting closer to home. After this experience, I will definently be moving her and will not be coming back here. After getting her insurance figured out, we still waited 35 minutes before she was called.

THIS WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE FIRST OFF I NEEDED DENTURES IT TOOK A YR. JUST TO GET THE DENURES OK AND LOOKING DECENT THEN THEY SAID BECAUSE IT HAD BEEN A YR DO TO THE DENTIST NOT BEING ABLE TO GET THEM LOOKING GOOD AND REALISTIC MY INSURANCE WOULDN'T APPROVE IT BECAUSE OF THE DENTIST IT TOOK 2 MONTHS FOR THEM TO PUT IN ANOTHER REQUEST THRU MY INSURANCE ALL WHILE MY DENTURES WERE READY THE DENTIST IS VERY POOR SOME OF THE STAFF OUR VERY RUDE AND I'M BILINGUAL AND THEY TALK ABOUT PATIENTS IN SPANISH WHICH IS TOTALLY ON CALLED FOR ALL IN ALL A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND I'LL NEVER RECOMMENDED NOR GO BACK PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE PROBLEMS AND DO NOT GO THERE IT'S TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!
