Preop, communication was very poor. Postop, surgeon seemed reluctant to answer questions and seemed dismissive. He also did not wash his hands at postop, which the sign on the door clearly said was necessary after seeing patients. Day of surgery, expectations were unclear and somewhat misleading. Overall, it was a lousy experience. Luckily it was a minor surgery and everything appears to have went well. I will look elsewhere if future surgeries are ever needed. I have received better service getting a haircut than this surgery. Service in suite 3A is also lousy. The biggest factor in this review is lack of communication.

Some people just make a positive difference in one day, today was my lucky day! Michelle is in reception in the front lobby and went way out of our way to help my sister and me today. My sister had an appointment and needed to get an x-ray which was a short distance away however it’s hard for her to walk and Michelle Recognize that on her own and picked up the phone, ordered. a shuttle for us. As we were leaving, I checked back in as I got a flat tire on the drive-in and my car needed to be towed. I inquired about parking payment and Michelle told me I was over the two hour limit and it was free! Thanks so much, Michelle. You’re awesome!

My experience with the doctor was fine but the woman at the information desk was very rude. Older woman, long white/grey hair, pulled back into a pony tail or braid. I’m new to the hospital and on top of that have some brain fog as a result of one of my medical conditions. She didn’t explain how validation worked clearly and then got frustrated when I didn’t understand. I also accidentally put my credit card in the wrong way after she mentioned how I should put it in the machine because I didn’t hear her. I left and then re-entered the building in an attempt to find the elevator to go back to my car, and I heard her mutter “oh geez” under her breath when she saw me. I then confronted her, and she acted like she didn’t understand. All of us patients are in a vulnerable place and dealing wit

Nice medical facility, but parking costs $10 minimum, and they don't validate for anything less than two hours.

The management in ER is terrible. We end up in the urgent room for 10 hours with three groups of doctors checking on the same things, each group has an assistant doc first, and a regular doc after, they came every hour evenly. we were tested for ultra sound of the same place for 3 times, nurses tested temperatures and blood pressures every hour. When we finally got a hold of the last doctor, 20 min was all he needed to treat the patient. Then we waited for another about 2 hours for the admin to spend 5 min to discharge us.... . Every time we asked, we were told the doctors would be there any time, if we knew it would be 10 hours, at least we could get something to eat for the 70 years old diabetic patient. very bad experience. Try other hospitals with better work flow if you can.
