Litchfield Hills Family Med

Took my mom here for five years to Dr Crociata’s office. The nurse practitioner and Dr Crociata are top notch. My mom had dementia and many health problems. The whole office staff was phenomenal working with me to get my mom in when things were were not good with her health ,We never had to wait long for an appointment and the Aprn and the doctor both took Their time to listen to me and to talk to my mom, and we were never rushed in and out. The whole office is very compassionate. If you need a good family doctor they are very awesome to go to.

The office staff is very kind and friendly. Barbara Tousey is a very caring provider, she listens to you, explains everything to you in a way you understand. Very friendly, caring and comfortable here.

They always make time for us. Always answer any questions I have for me and my family. Very accommodating! Extremely knowledgeable!

The ladies in the office are amazing and terrific people . The doctor is very warm and friendly and helps me tremendously.
