LG Health Outpatient Lab Willow Lakes

If you have a choice between Willow Street and Lancaster Ave, pick Lancaster Ave 10 out of 10 times. Parking lot goes in circles and multiple entrances to each building. It might have just been a random busy day, but the wait was too long compared to what I have had at Lancaster Ave over the past 3 weeks of regular blood tests.

absolutely ridiculous. I had blood work done with a physical at the Harrisburg Pike location on 11/6. I was told when I asked, that results would be back in 3-4 days. I called after almost a week. I was told the NP had my results to review. I called 2 days later and was told that she had not reviewed them yet because she was at a conference. I asked for another doctor to review them. They called me to give results and said another test was ordered. I also received a voicemail from someone else at a different office indicating that they had my results to give to me. I called the lab for my new test. They did not have it. I have been a patient here for many years. I am no longer their patient.
