Dr. Jack and the entire team at Willow Run Vet are exceptional. We brought our very sick puppy in after he had been seen and discharged from an after-hours emergency clinic, only to learn he still urgently needed care. Willow Run immediately stepped in, and he required an overnight stay. The communication, compassion, and quality of care were truly top-notch. We felt informed and supported every step of the way, and our pup was clearly in the best hands. I’m incredibly grateful for this team and highly recommend them.

Everyone was very sweet. My cat was very calm with new faces and let them do everything they needed. All went smoothly and for that kind of service, I didn't mind paying the amount of the bill

For over 40 years I have entrusted Willow Run Vet Clinic with the care and wellness needs of my various pets - at the moment 2 dogs and 4 cats. Always it is an ideal experience. No matter what comes up we are met with compassionate expertise and kindness. The whole staff is a smoothly operating team, and all my animals respond well about being there. In particular Dr. Jack Reece has been consistently thorough, patient and knowledgeable. He is a great listener who follows up with outstanding veterinary skill and training. My animals seem to know they can trust and rely on him.

The staff is super professional and treated our “baby boy” as our kids lovingly call him, with every care. It’s a good old-fashioned veterinary practice. We had recently switched as our old vet, after 10 years, just wasn’t able enough for many reasons. So happy they were able to take us. They found the problem and treated him immediately!! He’s doing great now!! God willing….he always will!!
