I would say that my appointment was very successful. The audiologist was professional and efficient and conducted my test and evaluation within a more generous amount of time than I've become accustomed to in a doctor's office. Thankfully, I never felt rushed or dismissed when I asked questions, and those questions were answered to my satisfaction. I was impressed.

Dr. Saylor was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She was efficient in testing and explained everything as she went. She chose a hearing device that will suit my needs now and can be adjusted if need be. I was very pleased with my visit start to finish.

Was very pleased with first visit. They did comprehensive testing before reviewing with us and making recommendation. Setup follow up appointments and initial payment. Everyone was professional, very pleasant and easy to deal with.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The testing was thorough and while the results were not what I wanted to hear they weren't too surprising. Dr. Saylor was very understanding, explained things well and answered my questions.
