CPRS Physical Therapy

Tom, Brooke, Allison, and Hannah are absolutely wonderfull people! I feel like I am with family when I am there. Their concern for my progress is very evident at every visit. I never want to go anywhere else for any physical therapy.

Just had rotator cuff surgery! (Softball 🥎 ) I just love CPRS. Because of Softball I am a repeat customer. About 7 years ago it was my ankle, then neck I think I am going to play pickle ball from now on….PT was really hurting, mostly because I will not take pain meds. Tom said, we will massage the muscles and then put warm on to warm the muscles and make them easier to work with, then do your exercises. After exercises I get e-stem and ice. My arm doesn’t really hurt much and I can see great progress. I have tried other places, and always come back to CPRS. Tom comes up with the best ideas to fit my needs. Seems to work every time! Had Allison the other day she is fantastic, I have had Brook same, can’t forget Hanna she does the scheduling. They work so well as a team. Cannot t

CPRS Willow Street is an amazing place for your recovery therapy. Upbeat, fun, and a great place for physical therapy. Brooke, Hanna and Tom are all amazing. They went out of their way to help provide an extraordinary experience. Their care and kindness is above all exceptional. They went out of their way to help with insurance questions, my care, and my concerns about my treatment. I Highly recommend CPRS for your physical therapy.

All of the staff are exceptionally friendly and caring as well as totally attuned to each patient's needs. I feel that going there has really helped with the issues I have been working on. I had gone there when I had knee replacements done several years ago and sailed thru PT with Shonda. It was an easy choice for me to return to Willow Street because of that. When I first returned, Hannah was the only person I knew, so I was somewhat disappointed at first. But, Tom, Brooke, and Allison are every bit as wonderful and greet me happily each day I walk through that door. I feel like a part of a big happy family each time I go! Who ever said you couldn't enjoy some pain to get better!
