Heather provides an exceptional experience in her studio from the time you walk in until after you are done. The quality of her services are top notch and she truly cares for you. The environment promotes true care, relaxation and tranquility. It was beyond my expectation and I will be going back on a more regular basis.

Heather's knowledge and massage skills are incredible. She takes time to listen to make sure she understands what is going on in your body. Each time I visit I know that she will target and release the painful areas in my back and neck. Finishing off with a full body stretch allows me to walk out of her office feeling like a new person. Heather's warm personality contributes to the all around well-being. You are in excellent hands with Heather.

Heather is a healing angel. I saw her every two weeks and felt great improvement on my well-being. I had a physically demanding job for a few years and a good deal of stress. She got rid of my neck and shoulder stiffness, I stopped getting back and hip strains, felt more flexible, and noticed better circulation. She is caring and kind and easy to chat with. Her products are high quality and very helpful. I moved out of the area otherwise I’d be continuing the appointments. I miss her!

Heather Lu's name says it all, she is a massage therapist who is focused on healing the whole personal. Taking a totally holistic approach asking questions to really understand your stress and pain issues. She explains what she is doing it, how the muscles and tendons are connected and gives you her undivided attention. It's still also super relaxing and comfortable in her beautifully appointed studio. She really knows her stuff and her energy is unforgettably clean and kind! Highly recommend!!
