Dr.Mike has been great when it comes to Hailey. When we 1st came to him Hailey hadn't been to the dentist for a few years and I was trying to get her scheduled because the school informed me that she needed work done. I wasn't going to put it off and he was willing to take her on and treat her and I couldn't say enough good about the place. They talk to the kids and explain stuff to them that they understand what is going on but then talk to the parents also. It is a very friendly atmosphere place and in no time they got the work done and she had had no cavities the last two visits. I Believe Dr.Mike and the staff are amazing.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My five children have been patients of Dr. Mike for about ten years. He has always been a good dentist, and for a long time we trusted his care. Unfortunately, the biggest problem—and the reason we will never return—is his office manager, Xinia (who is also his wife). She is consistently rude, unprofessional, and openly gossips in Spanish with her coworkers right in front of patients. Her attitude is unpleasant from the moment you walk in, and she has absolutely no customer service skills. She is disrespectful, dismissive, and behaves like a bully. It’s clear she faces no accountability because she’s married to the doctor, and it shows in how she treats people. My last two appointments were cancelled by the office. Every time we go everyone is so friendly. Dr Mike is awesome with kids along with his staff. They make dentist appointments easy and fun.

Today was our first appointment with Dr. Lemper. We were previously using a very good pediatric dentist in York. Due to insurance policy changes we could no longer go there. I was very nervous about finding a new dentist who would give excellent care. We were very impressed with Dr. Mike and staff. They were friendly and accommodating. Dr. Mike explained everything, listened to concerns and discussed treatment plan. Our child needed 3 teeth pulled due to infection and he pulled them quickly with ease. At our other dentist we were referred to an orthodontic surgeon to pull a baby tooth out which I thought was silly being a pediatric dentist. Couldn’t be happier with the excellent prompt service provided. Would definitely recommend!

I take both my kids here and they love it. The atmosphere is great. My kids & I feel welcomed. They have a great staff that knows how to interact with kids and Dr Michael is just great
