I had an emergency appointment after having had a knee replacement, after 5 days or so it was suspected that a blood clot might have formed. When I called they were concerned and without hesitation gave me an appointment to come in. The care I got was perfect! Just love these folks. I’ve always felt as though they truly cared.

I had an out patient joint replacement done here. I can only sing the praises of everyone I had any dealings with. They were very professional, very thorough and extremely personable. I can whole heartedly recommend the ortho team, the registration team, the prep, pre op and the post op teams. The surgery went extremely well, so I have to give kudos to those guys, even though I don't remember a thing about that part of everything. Thanks again to everyone involved.

The staff was amazing from registration, nurses, anesthesia staff, and Dr. Pineda. Special shoutout to Cristie who prepped me for my procedure. Cristie is a true Godsend. She is such a sweetheart and very professional in all that she does. She is very good at helping patients feel at ease in what can sometimes be stressful circumstances . I want her to know how much I appreciate all that she did for me.

LewisGale appeared to be undergoing some renovation while we were there but that is the ONLY negative thing I can even think of. We experienced the Helicopter crew, the ER, the IR, the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit, and the Medical Surgical 5th floor step down unit. I was most impressed by the willingness of the staff to ensure our comfort and allay our concerns as we moved through the system. From the helicopter pilot and attending EMT's to Emmanuel and Matt in the ER to the IR doctors who performed a pulmonary thrombectomy on my husband to Jeff, Lauren, and Luke in the Cardiac ICU, to Marylin and Alex on the 5th floor med/surge unit to our discharge nurse and even to the assistance we received when we called the patient follow up number for a consultation on medication.....every single emp

I was brought in from Pulaski with a tbi. I had fallen off a ladder, struck my head in front and back. Pulaski said I had a fractured skull, traumatic brain injury and a pretty good concussion as well. I was in the icu for a day and a half. Was sent to a room to try and relax before I started physically therapy there. The first couple days of therapy were rough. Headaches were severe. Couldn't seem to find my way and concentrate on anything. But the physical therapists I worked with were absolutely great. Jacqueline T and Colton helped me through the rough patch , would not have been able to get through it without them. MaKenzie C helped me trying to get through some basic problems and some difficult ones as well. Ashley helped push me through some as well. Holly had me for speech therapy,
