Latino Medical Center

This place should lose their medical license. They are taking advantage of the Haitian community and it’s deplorable. My parents have been going here but they never really know what’s going on, my brother & I started accompanying them then I realized this is not a pls e anyone should come for medical care. They switch the doctors every few months, the doctors don’t speak English or creole. They do not provide results if your test, they don’t assess…just pump you up with medication. I switched my parents to a new PCP. Within 1 visit he found something life threatening with his labs. This place is negligent and if you’re reading this, please RUN. The facilities are also disgusting. Found a mop in the sink in the restroom for patients.

UNPROFESSIONAL & DANGEROUS! Do not use their drivers. We were stopped during a traffic light and their driver forced his way through our lane and damaged our front bumper. I beeped and signaled for him to stop but he just took off. It is insane to see this aggressive behavior from a medical clinic.

My fellow haitians, it's time for us to do better. Every single haitian business have the same problem: terrible customer service. The front desk staff at latino is so unprofessional and careless. Y'all cannot be playing with people lives like that

The front desk staff at latino are so unprofessional & rude I ask a simply question and the medical assistant hang up the phone twice.They have no basic and adequate medical training in handling customers & patients at all.Not empathetic to patient needs.The front desk staff in general just working to get a paycheck, nothing else matters to them. I suggest anyone looking for good quality Healthcare would look else where.They are just Horrible!!
