Lake Ridge Foot & Ankle Center

The front desk experience was very positive both on the phone and when I arrived. Wait time was minimal and the whole check-in process was pleasant and efficient. Dr. Uptagraph was quick to assess what was causing my foot pain and gave me good counsel on how to avoid a recurrence. The whole experience was, in a word, excellent.

Have been going to both Foot and Ankle Centers in Lake Ridge and Stafford for years. My family and I love the treatment and service we receive every time. As a retired Army Vet. with bad feet, they have defiantly helped over the years.

The ease of making an appointment was stress free, the receptionist was courteous, professional, and friendly. Once there I was checked in and was seen by the Doctor in a timely fashion. The Doctor was friendly, and very knowledgeable; she answered all my questions/concerns and used verbiage that was easily understood! I would recommend this facility to all who needs to be seen by a podiatrist

I have been patient here for years now. Actually I wonder why I didn’t leave this review before! Dr. Chung and the staff are amazing. Dr. Chung gives time and listens to his patients, he explains the information the patient needs and explains, the front desk and nurses are doing their job with passion and dedication. I always have a pleasant experience when I visit Dr. James Chung at Lake Ridge Foot & Ankle Center. Dr. Chung is nice, friendly and very knowledgeable in his field of medicine. My foot looks and feels so much better after his plan of treatment. I appreciate that the office is neat, clean and quiet. I highly recommend Dr. Chung and his practice for anyone seeking podiatry needs.
