Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care

This place is terrible! Made sure to "get in line" online ahead of time. Showed up and was taken back to the room pretty quickly and then left in the room for an hour. When I finally asked what was going on I was told it would be (at least) another 20 minutes. I decided to leave and asked to speak to the manager because I want to make sure they're not charging my insurance since I never was able to see a provider. The manager was useless! He apparently runs the place but doesn't even have a business card with his name on it. He jotted down and illegible email, as if that's supposed to help me somehow. There was hardly anybody there when we were in there. If they can't handle one or two patients I can't even imagine what they're like when it's busy. Don't waste your time, go somewhere else!

I had a very disappointing experience at Inova Urgent Care in Woodbridge. I felt mistreated and extremely frustrated by the lack of professionalism and communication. The front desk staff were disrespectful, unwilling to answer basic questions, and showed little concern for patients. I was placed on hold for over 20 minutes just to try to speak with a provider about my test results, which is unacceptable. The overall experience made me feel like the staff did not know what they were doing or how to properly care for patients. Urgent care should provide timely, respectful, and clear communication. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves their patient service.

Don't waste your money at this facility. I went in for UTI and they wouldn't prescribe me antibiotics. After a horrible night of pain, chills and fever I called them and still they said they couldn't give me anything. So I ended up paying another copay at Patient First and was diagnosed with a serious kidney infection. Inova's testing capabilities seem to be insufficient. Very disappointed considering Inova has such a good reputation. You are much better off at Patient First even if you might have to wait a little longer.

Excellent urgent care experience. Small but spotless facility, efficient and knowledgeable staff who truly cared. Dr. Debenham was friendly, compassionate, and quickly diagnosed my symptoms. Easily my best urgent care visit.

Missed Appointment!!! I didn’t miss anything I arrived early already pre checked in and paid my copay! After Over an hour my 15 min appointment window came and went. And I’m marked for a missed appointment? You failed to fulfill your side of the obligation. what’s the point of making an appointment?
