Food Lion does a better job at running things than this location does.

Pharmacist did not help with prescription refill issues even though long term customer.

I love the store, been going to this Giant almost everyday for 18 yrs now and gotten to know all the cashiers that works there, always friendly. Only my complaint is this one particular person (lady) that works at seafood Dept that has an attitude. I was waiting /standing for her to take my order, no other customer was there just me, she was just talking to her co-workers and she was ignoring me, I finally rang the bell she came & had that smirked on her face and she never say anything to me. This is the second time it happened same lady.

Went in on a Friday to refill BP med script. Pharmacist said they needed to special order and it would be in Tuesday. Leaving with only 2 doses for the weekend. Call back Tuesday and she tells me it’s now Wednesday instead. After complaining that I was out of medication, she says she has 60 on shelf! So why didn’t she give me the 60 the first time on Friday when I let them know I’m almost out? She tried to play it off as a manufacturer delay but in reality I could have had at least most of my meds Friday, saving me from going without for a couple days (not good to go without BP meds abruptly). So overall poor customer service and poor attention to patient care. So at the end of the day I ended up getting part of my script (which is no issue) but I could have had it Friday and not have to h

They deleted the review I wrote an hour ago so im writing again. Do NOT use their online order service. K%$#& whose job it is to shop online orders today 10/26/2020 at about 2pm was standing in the area between bakery and the baking aisle trash talking the customers she was shopping for with a customer she seemed to know well. She said people using the service were lazy and continued to complain for 20+ loudly while wearing her uniform on the clock that the people placing these order sit in their cars in the store provided spaces waiting for their orders. She continued to complain about any generation younger than her own while I passed her 4 times looking for something. She never once looked up from her complaining to ask me if I needed help.
