Kroger Pharmacy

3 strikes your out. This is my third time seeing how pitiful their customer service is. The ineptness that abounds with them. I called to check on a script because even though the doctor calls it in the won't fill it until you call or show up, and then it's 30 min or more. I wait on hold and actually go into the store at the same time. One lady is on her cell phone texting and the others have not a clue. Save yourself the hassle and find somewhere else.

This is the worst place to get help, trying to get my prescription, want answer or it rings and rings and then hangs up

I don't know what is going on with this pharmacy but their service has really declined and would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. I had called in a refill 2 days prior to actually picking it up and when I went there to get it, I was told they hadn't filled it yet, with the excuse of being "short of help." I had to wait over 40 minutes for them to finally fill the script and then wait in line again to pick it up! Recently a doctor had called in a script shortly after 6PM and when I called them on my way over to get it as they close at 7PM, no one answered the phone and this was with 4 attempts to call them to make sure it was filled. Suffice to say, I didn't get it that evening and when I called the next morning at 10:00AM, when they opened up the phone would ring and ring in the p

The pharmacist was nice. The customer service woman was curt and rude. Simply took my 2 prescriptions, demanded my ID, and said "30 mins". I had to inform HER that I had a new medicare card. She never said or offered anything. I am a very friendly person who is quick to give the benefit of the doubt, but I won't go back to be treated rudely. She was openly rude to 2 others while I waited for my RX's. I did call the pharmacy mgr with my concern.

This pharmacy was great for few months but I have no idea what happened. Past 3 months every since I called my medicine in. It will say it be ready I get call. When I get to the pharmacy drive thru closed wait in line 10 minutes or 20 for them to say it’s not ready give it 30 minutes. After that I switch to Walgreens pharmacy no problems!
