Very Impressed with Koala Pharmacy! Both orders have exceeded my expectations! 1st order was for glaucoma drops for senior pet & they actually rushed the order without asking or charging… HOW NICE!! Also- love their packaging and the care to detail! Love love love that each bottle of med has pet’s name printed in large font on the bottle!! I have 8 pets and 6 seniors-so tons of meds! This makes it so easy!! And every rep I’ve spoken with has been patient and friendly- hugely important to me! Def recommend!! Exceptional care!

As somebody who's been a pharmacy tech for almost 25 year, 6 of those spent in a specialty vet pharmacy I never fail to be impressed by Koala. There customer service is friendly, quick and always has answers if i need them. My meds arrive timely and they keep me in the loop every step of the way. Side note- their prescription labels are probably the best I've ever seen. I love that my pet's name is in big bold letters on the side with a colored band. That makes it so much nicer if you have multiple pets on medications.

Four stars because it took so long to get the meds... They were rare and not kept in stock, and so had to be ordered and shipped to the pharmacy before shipped to me. (But I didn't know this until I had to call to see what was taking so long). Otherwise, very helpful and polite customer service, and once they received the meds, they shipped them out to me immediately.

I sent away for Nexguard for my dog, Brisco, at what was advertised as a 70 percent discount. I expected to receive a box of his medication at what would have been a great price. Instead, I received ONE pill for $34 and change. FOR ONE PILL!!! I was scammed! And what am I supposed to do, order one pill every month??? I’ll buy Nexguard from my vet from now on! It’s less expensive to buy it that way!

I’ve been a customer for nearly five years, and this experience was extremely disappointing. During a family emergency and a move, an autoship order was sent to my old address and returned. Despite this not being resolved, Koala sent the next autoship order to the same incorrect address and charged me again. When I contacted customer service to update my address and explained that I never received my dog’s medication, I was told I would still be charged for both orders. There was no flexibility or consideration given, despite my long history as a customer. This lack of empathy and accountability is unacceptable. I would strongly caution others before doing business with this company.
