Depends who you get, the regular employees are helpful, like the managers and senior employees. The ones you don't see often seem to eat a lot of crayons, lacking common sense.

I've been using Kenny's for over 18 years Best service I ever had

Last month, I would have given 5 stars- they had a medication I couldn't find in Ithaca (anywhere!). I go through Cortland to work in Syracuse once a week, so it was a great solution. However, this month I called and asked if I could pick up my prescription a day early I know my insurance allows a couple early release (vacation release) days per year. When I spoke to the pharmacist (Ben) he said he COULD do that, if I had a longer period of filling prescriptions there, but he WOULDN'T do it since this is only the 2nd month I've filled prescriptions at Kenny's. Now, I have to make a 1-hour drive to get my prescription on the scheduled date or wait a week -the next time I'm driving through Cortland. Thanks Ben (not)!
