WellNow Urgent Care

We had a great experience at WellNow. The facility was clean and inviting, and the front desk staff and nurse were kind and accommodating! Natalia was very attentive, knowledgeable, and took the BEST care of my child. We highly recommend WellNow as well as hold Natalia in high regard!

Cortland WellNow was above my expectations. I was greeted by the receptionist, who took me directly to my exam room. Within two minutes, the nurse walked in and took down all my information. About five minutes later, The physician’s assistant came in and thoroughly went through the details of my illness, took x-rays of my chest, and I was out the door in about a half an hour. They were all extremely friendly, professional, and top notch!

The nurse and Dr were extremely attentive to my daughters issue. Both asked her what she wanted them to do to help her. Very kind and caring. They all definitely went above and beyond, and we showed up just before close and they didn't even act like that was a concern for them.

I visited WellNow Monday morning after waking up with a severe case of trigger finger. When I arrived I realized I had lost my insurance card and the receptionist, incredibly patiently, walked me through potential solutions and bared with me while I scrolled through my email/insurance docs/made phone calls. I was unsuccessful but eventually got insurance on the phone and they weee able to call in my number. Even the woman from insurance made the statement “an incredibly kind woman at the front desk…” when letting me know she had made contact. I returned and was seen by one of the NP’s. She was patient and kind and gentle. When she let me know I’d likely need to go elsewhere for actual care I was noticeably frazzled and stressed, mainly caused by the insurance battle I had already been hav

It was Christmas Eve and I had things to do! I went in and was immediately taken back, seen and treated for an ear infection. The front desk was amazing, the nurse was happy and the NP was spot on. They effortlessly used my insurance and I only paid $15! I definitely recommend others to Wellnow. You can schedule an appointment online and fill out all your paperwork before you go. The visit saved my Christmas! Thank you!!
