Dental Arts Group

Just received a letter that this place that I have been going to for years no longer accepts my insurance!!! I called because I have different insurance and they do not accept that either! I am frustrated because my last appointment they call me the week of my cleaning and tell me that my hygienist retired and I will be in the call list… six month later still no call…. Made an appointment and now cancelled. I’ve heard from many people that the new dentist was rough and pushy. I would not recommend this place!!! I will tell everyone I know!

Another great visit with the Dental Arts Group. I travel over 30 miles for the unique and professional care at Dr. Douglas and Dr. Clifford's office. From the moment I enter I'm greeted by the friendly staff and feel at home in their office. The staff and doctors always ask about my family and genuinely care about the whole patient. More importantly, the dental artistry is second to none. Not many people can say they enjoy their trip to the dentist, I do. Thank you again.

I called at 10:00 this morning to make an appointment. I was hoping to get in sometime in June. Dr. Clifford was booked into July. I asked to be put on a wait list and to be called if there was a cancellation. I received a call at 11:15 and was asked if I could make it in at 1:30. I have been going to this office for years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Dr. Clifford and her dad Dr. Douglas are knowledgeable, professional and amazing dentists. Everyone who works in the office are great as well. I would recommend them to anyone.

I always have a good experience on my visits. I switched over to them 4 years ago, and I don't regret it. The staff is very friendly, and provide excellent care. I would recommend them.

Our family has been patients at the Dental Arts Group for 30+ years. Can't imagine going anywhere else. The hygienists are very compassionate toward the patients needs and they are very thorough in the cleaning and oral care they provide. Need I say more . . .
