I first went to Dr. Waters in May of this year after dealing with a hand injust that just wouldnt heal. I immediately loved this awesome Doctor!!! He is so funny and kind and truly listens. He recently preformed my de quervains surgery. Prior to my surgery, he came in to see me and with his quick witted humor, left me feeling very safe. If I could have Dr. Waters as my PCP, I would in a heartbeat. He just fabulous!!!!

Dr. Waters is a kind soul with an infectious smile. His professionalism & patience shows abundantly when he takes whatever time is needed to explain procedures so I understand. I highly recommend Dr. Waters. His staff is equally patient & professional. I have nothing but good things to say about his practice.

I have trusted Dr. Waters for both of my CMC joint surgeries. Great surgeon and I would recommend him to anyone.He has the best bedside manners and very easy to ask any questions. He never talks down to you.

First time visiting Dr. Waters' office but I was impressed with the care I received. The office staff was friendly and efficient and Dr. Waters showed a level of compassion and empathy that is not often seen in doctors offices these days.

Dr Waters and the entire staff at Cayuga Orthopedics are incredible. I am thrilled that I was able to get him to do my shoulder repair. Cannot ask for better service.
