The office staff, the nurse and Tom are all fantastic. Very warm and welcoming. I appreciate they took the time to make me feel comfortable. They listened to me. They are very efficient as well.

Staff are always pleasant and helpful. Wait times are minimal every time I have been. It is nice to go to a dr appointment and not have to wait for long to be seen. They do a fantastic job of getting you in and out, without rushing or making you feel rushed.

I have been a patient of Dr. McAllister‘s for many years.I have always found Dr. McAllister to be very thorough and very pleasant to deal with. Today I stopped in with my husband for his appointment as I had an immediate concern. Dr. McAllister was kind enough to answer my question and treat the area of concern. I appreciated her flexibility. I would highly recommend Dr. McAllister for anyone looking for a dermatologist.

I saw Theresa Keller, FNP for this appointment. I appreciated her patience as well as that of the staff while I noted all my concerns as I know they were particularly busy due to an earlier emergency. She was thorough and knowledgeable and provided me with informed options for addressing various issues. She made sure to note the pros and cons to consider with each option and also checked that any procedures performed or recommended were either covered by insurance, were of reasonable cost or the potential cost was explained. My only gripe, is not with the medical service or treatment, but with the paperwork and check-in systems, they can be confusing and time consuming, but the office staff understands and ensures that you have completed all the necessary items.
