Cortland Hearing Aids, a Timeless Hearing network provider

I was pretty bummed at needing hearing aids but Ashley made it as painless as possible (and I was pretty amazed at how far the technology has come). They are not cheap, but the options were laid out clearly (I am lucky that I had insurance to cover part of it). She had me practice putting them in and explained the phone app. It all was a much easier process than I feared and they work fantastic (and are so adjustable with the app).

Although positioned properly initially, the dome on my left hearing gradually rotated until it pointed away from my ear. Additionally, the hearing aid kept falling off. Very annoying. When I finally got an appointment for an adjustment, Gabby hypothesized that the line was too short and lengthened it a bit. Over time we will see if the fix works. If it does, KUDOS to Gabby. Then she gets five stars. If not, I’ll be grumpy again. Paul Luyben

Everyone was knowledgeable and friendly. Listened to my concerns and explained how they could be rectified or not. Overall a great experience.
