Quite impressed with this facility. It's been eight years since I have had Kaiser as insurance. They have definitely have improved since then.

West Cobb Pharmacy is the BEST Pharmacy at Kaiser in Georgia! Pharmacist Mychal is the BEST pharmacist at Kaiser in Georgia. He is always providing top notch customer service! Pharmacist Lorrie always greets me with a caring and friendly smile when I enter the pharmacy. I trust West Cobb Pharmacy. They always provide top notch customer service to me. Kennadi the cashier always greets me with a Hello and smile before I enter the pharmacy. I am treated like family. I love that about West Cobb Pharmacy! West Cobb Pharmacy has my prescriptions and OTC items in stock. Highly recommend Kaiser West Cobb Pharmacy!

When I try to speak with someone on the phone, I had to wait about 20 minutes. Then the foreign speaking person said she would help and ended up transferring me to someone in California (I told her that I live in Georgia) So once again I waited on hold for another 30 minutes and guess what, the next person who picks up is once again in California. I’m done for the day and I’m fed up with KP!

Prescription notification is always prompt and everyone is always ready to help.
