I've had amazing care while being treated at the Burn and Wound clinic. I started going there in Jan 2025. My wound care was very severe and they treated me with so much care and respect. Phone calls were always informative and returned in a timely manner. The staff was top notch, from check in (Robyn), registration, nurses, CNAs, PA's, wound care, ostomy cate, hyperbaric, and all the doctors were so very helpful. I can't express my gratitude enough for them. If you require wound care or skin grafts, this is the place to go.

I had a terrible, terrible experience. 1. They seemed to guess at my care and placed cadaver skin on my wound prematurely. This caused the worse pain of my life, and I have had broken ribs, debilitating migraines, frozen shoulder, and 2 cervical spine fusions after years of excruciating pain…in other words, I know pain. Not only did I experience pain from this error, it crippled me as I could not move without paroxysms of agonizing pain. 2. I think they knew they had issues with the nursing staff as a nurse manager interviewed me after every visit. Some nurses were sadists. Some were kind. But nothing changed and I was vocal about the problems I encountered. My wife and I want to sincerely thank Cobb Wound Care. Our baby was burned by hot soup at a restaurant just one day before his birthday. Needless to say, we were devastated. We took him to CHOA, where they dressed his second-degree burn and referred us to this wound care center. I’m an internal medicine physician and also have some experience in wound care, so I had high expectations — and they were exceeded. Everyone at this facility was amazing. The NP, PA, and wound care nurses were all incredibly compassionate, gentle, and attentive. They took their time to address all of our concerns and provided much-needed reassurance. My experience here was great. The intake/ registration Miss Sherry made the process very smooth and friendly will recommend this Location very clean very easy to find plenty of parking overall made my kid feel better about his injuries

This place was amazing , all the staff were nice and so professional . The wait time in the waiting room could use attention . But overall they did a wonderful job on my husband .
